The Wallasey & Birkenhead Conservative Federation elects annually an Honorary President to chair the following year's Annual General Meeting. Usually a long-serving member who is able to provide advice and guidance to colleagues when needed and who is trusted and respected by the Party members.
At the creation of the Wallasey and Birkenhead Conservative Federation in 2023, Dr. Paul Ivan was appointed and continues in that role today.
