Gary is one of our three local Conservative Councillors in Moreton West & Saughall Massie, working alongside Colin Baldwin and Vida Wilson.
Gary, who lives off Town Meadow Lane, was elected in May 2023 with 1,875 votes. Thank you to everyone who voted for Gary.
Gary served in the British Army in West Germany, Hong Kong and Northern Ireland and, on his return, worked as a Hackney cab driver in Moreton and Wirral.
Since being elected in 2023, Gary has:
- Brought banking back to Moreton
- Secured the re-opening of Saughall Bridge Post Office
- Fought Labour's targets for building on our Green Belt
Gary is now working to:
- Bring the long-awaited new station to Town Meadow
- improve facilities at Lingham Park, working with Moreton FC
- Deliver the promised expansion of Moreton Library
