Each year, Highways Engineers compile a list of roads and pavements that need repair, whether fixing pot holes or full resurfacing. The list is based on their own inspection reports, as well as requests from residents and councillors.
Last year, we asked residents to nominate roads and pavements that need repair. Thank you to everyone who responded.
The Council's Budget for road and pavement repairs is £10.3 million - that's £3 million more than last year, thanks partly to extra money from the Government.
Following our survey last year, we sent a list of all the roads that residents told us about in our survey to the Council. Highways Inspectors visited the roads to assess the works needed - some needed pot holes filling while others need full resurfacing.
If your road or pavement needs attention but is not on the list, tell us using the survey below.
