  • The decision to carry out a review of regeneration in Wirral was finally published on 10 July 2025
  • The cost of the review was confirmed at up to £95,000, following a Freedom of Information Act request
  • The review has now been published and is attached below
  • Grange Road West has re-opened, one of Labour's 'regeneration projects' in Birkenhead

The Council needs to be more efficient in the use of its limited resources. It should seek to reduce the volume of process materials and reports being produced and reduce its use of external consultants.
