Labour and Green Councillors give green light to 28 cycle lanes

On Monday 27 January, a majority of councillors on the Environment, Climate Emergency and Transport Committee voted to give the go ahead to the Core Active Travel Network - a plan for 28 cycle lanes. Only Conservative Councillors voted against the plan.
