Councillor Ian Lewis

Ian is one of the local councillors in Wallasey Ward, most recently elected in 2021 with 50% of the vote. Previously, represented Leasowe (2008-14).

Councillor Lesley Rennie

Lesley is one the local councillors in Wallasey Ward, most recently elected in 2022 with 46% and the highest Conservative vote of any candidate in Merseyside.

'Mindless' theft of defib from Harrison Park

A newly installed defibrillator in one of Wirral’s most popular parks has been stolen, in a move condemned as ‘mindless’ by a local councillor.

The ‘defib’ was installed in Harrison Park, Wallasey less than two months, as part of the rollout of 46 additional kits in the borough.
